It was unanimously decided that the three C’s, that is, Comfort, Convenience and Connectivity would meet and exceed all their expectations in the best manner possible. Then we asked ourselves whether Undri, as a location, would serve all the three factors that we decided upon. We went ahead with our plans only once all of us were convinced that Undri was ‘the location’ that would cater perfectly to the occupants every need, daily or otherwise. These three factors were our primary consideration when we decided to go for NIBM Layout, Undri as the chosen location for our project.
