R-works as it suggest rental works which are true in today scenario , we at CK realty after working in commercial space very closely and leasing more 1.5 lakh sqft in Office space always felt that Office setup has always been a very challenge task for our client and so as to cater to their needs we forayed ourself into the format of offering complete solution in setting up Office premises along with furniture and also work on a rental model for the same. We not only provide office layout to our client but also end to end solution by providing them the entire office furniture along with internal design concept.
So for the client to avoid capital investment we are also working in the module of providing the same furniture on a rental basis too.
