This builder has turned the surrounding neighbourhood into a 24/7 construction torture zone. Work starts at absurdly early hours and drags on late into the night, with deafening drilling, hammering, and heavy machinery that make sleep impossible.
There is no regard for noise laws, residential life, or basic decency. Multiple housing societies are forced to suffer so this builder can rush a project and protect their profits. The message is clear: residents’ health, peace, and mental well-being are irrelevant.
Repeated complaints have achieved nothing. No coordination, no mitigation, no accountability—just noise, every day. This is not an occasional lapse; it’s a pattern of arrogance and negligence.
If this is how they behave in public view, one can only imagine the corners cut elsewhere. Think very carefully before trusting a builder who treats entire communities as collateral damage.
As a developer you have no social responsibility. No working hours. The noisy construction goes on until night and starts early in the morning.
Badly managed construction site and a menace.
The level of disturbance is unreal—heavy machinery, drilling, hammering at hours when people are sleeping. Multiple residential societies around the site are suffering because this builder is obsessed with meeting deadlines at the expense of everyone else’s health and peace. Elderly residents, children, work-from-home professionals—no one is spared.
What’s worse is the complete indifference. Complaints are ignored. There is no attempt at noise control, no scheduling discipline, and no accountability. This is not “development”; it’s harassment masquerading as construction.
If this is how they treat an entire neighborhood during construction, imagine the ethics and quality behind their finished projects. Avoid at all costs unless you’re comfortable supporting a builder who believes public nuisance is an acceptable business strategy.
Their project quality is solid, but what really stood out was the team. Everyone was helpful, responsive, and supportive even after the purchase. The post-sales service has been smooth and quick, which honestly made the whole experience stress-free. Really happy with my decision.
2. There seems to be almost no airflow or openness, making the whole area feel cramped and uncomfortable.
3. I genuinely feel bad for the buyers, it seems like they were promised much more than what they're actually getting.
